Discount Tire

he old discount tire is dead. These people do not care about you, your car, your time, or doing a good job. I made an appointment paid for my tires. Drive to the store early because there are two stores with virtually the same address. It so long for anyone to even let me ask if I was at the right store that I missed my appointment. There were 15 people waiting and every employee was on the phone helping. O in store customers. And then the manager walks around saying thanks for your patience but literally just walked by smiling and waving. And they told me there was nothing they could do and BYE. i have only purchased tires from discount because when I was a teenager they really took care of me. Now why would I? Almost every place seels tires cheaper or equivalent price, faster, and have an actual waiting area instead of a showroom with not enough chairs so people are waiting in August heat outside. Checkout Firestone. They don't have all the options but man is their work and employees engagement better. So they reached out for a survey and the site doesn’t work. But here is the one thing that should keep anyone away. They had a full size truck completely out of the bay so you had

This Discount tire was super fast and efficient. Got a great deal on a full set of tires and a new spare. The service took under an hour. David and Johnny did a great job demonstrating customer service facilitating my transaction there. If you want efficiency and quality customer service I would recommend asking for these gentleman at the counter. I will be back soon to service my other vehicle here.

Love Discount Tires. It's my go-to tire store. This time though, my tires were installed in a dirty, messy condition with a film of beige rubbery substance covering the tires and on the wheel/rims as well. For $1400 for new tires, I think they should look new when you receive them and not be up to the customer to remove whatever is on them. Stopped at the self car wash on the way home to power wash them, but this only took off about 40%. Will have to scrub them by hand today. This place is great and I still recommend them hands down over any place else, but I feel the dropped the ball this time. Still gave 5 stars hoping this is not the new norm. UPDATE - Spent an hour scrubbing these tires with Adams wheel and tire cleaner, hot water, soap, brush and rag and this rubbery substance is not coming off. Deducting 3 stars from the original 5 star review and will contact DT tomorrow to get this removed. If they fix it, I will adjust back to 5 stars.

Had a great experience at this location! They are busy but they work quick. I placed an online order and appointment for tires for the next day, and they had a designated parking spot for me when I arrived. They asked if I wanted to replace one of my wipers and the price wasn’t bad so I agreed. They ended up replacing the other one too free of charge! My appointment was at 11 so I was a bit worried when I saw that my car wasn’t taken into the shop until 11:30, but they had the tires changed and done in 15 minutes! I would definitely come here again.

I came to Discount Tire today to replace all four tires, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Pedro R. was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He patiently explained my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my choice. The installation was quick and smooth, and the whole experience was stress-free. Thank you, Pedro, for the excellent service—I’ll definitely come back here again and recommend this location to others!
